Pricing
Let's get the money question out of the way. We can't always offer a fixed price for works but we will when we can. If we can't give you an immediate quote, we will typically charge our hourly rate for the diagnosis from one of our gas safe engineers. Then, after we're confident we know what the issue is, we can provide a quote for the repair.
We will always provide a full price list before each job commences.
Fixed-Price Jobs
Many small jobs have pre-defined prices. The cost is made absolutely clear and then fixed before your tradesperson arrives. That way, you can be sure that there are no hidden costs and the work our safe engineers do is carried out exactly as described, for the right cost.

Combined gas safety and boiler service

Tap change
£95.00
Powerflush 1-4 radiators
£400.00
+ £40.00 for each additional radiator
All prices subject to 20% vat.
Hourly Rate Jobs
Hourly-rate fees apply to all call-out and maintenance work jobs that don't require the use of an estimator. We can give you a rough estimate for the length of a job, based on the work we've done previously but, due to the nature of our business, it isn't one-size-fits-all.
These kinds of jobs include:
- Boiler, Heating repairs & Gas works £95.00+vat per hour£
- Fault finding & Diagnostics £95.00+vat per hour
- Leak detection, General Plumbing £90.00+vat per hour
Scoped Jobs
These are larger jobs or jobs that were initially smaller but have had to be redefined due to previously unknown factors, meaning that more work is necessary. We want to be as transparent with you as possible, so we'll give you a fixed price before we get started.

- Bathroom Renovations
- Radiator Installations
